Brazil
Brazil
Brazil is big enough to contain entirely different countries within it: the Amazon rainforest's river towns and wildlife in the north, the white-sand beaches and forró rhythms of the northeast coast, and the samba-and-Carnival energy of Rio de Janeiro, framed by Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. São Paulo runs on food and nightlife at a relentless urban pace, while the thundering curtain of Iguazu Falls sits at the opposite extreme of stillness and scale. Football and music thread through all of it.
